An e-mail account is established for each user registered on the server.
The CSBS holds all the e-mail for all of the users. There is no need for each person to download their messages to their personal computer. They can access their e-mail whenever they wish.
As an added feature, it is possible for your users to access their e-mail from a computer at home or on the road by using the secure Webmail feature.
In addition, all incoming mail is scanned by a powerful Spam filter to reduce the amount of junk mail that your users have to deal with.
Furthermore, all the mail is scanned for viruses. Any that are found are blocked.
