Fax Server

With a standard fax machine, when a fax arrives it prints onto paper. If several people need to see it, it must be copied and sent to them. If the fax machine runs out of paper, the fax transmission can fail. And junk faxes can waste quite a lot of supplies.

With the optional CSBS fax management system, incoming faxes are converted to e-mail attachments and mailed to designated people. There is no concern about being out of paper. If someone else needs to see the fax, the e-mail can be forwarded to them -- and they can pick up the e-mail wherever they are. If need be, the attachment can be printed.

The fax management system can also be set up to handle outgoing faxes as simply as sending an e-mail.
