Chryxus offers services in a number of specialty areas. The focus is on improving performance and effectiveness through better management of information and technology resources.

• Technology Review: Developing a clear understanding of how your technology is currently being used; identifying what is working well and where you could make improvements; and, identifying the technologies and services you may need in order to move forward.
• Technology Planning: Assessing your current information technology; providing specific upgrade recommendations; developing technology enhancement plans; and providing information to support your purchasing and budgeting activities.
• Technology Enhancement Projects: Installing new equipment and/or software; upgrading existing equipment; configuring everything to work the way you need it to; and, training your staff on how to use your new technology to the fullest.
• Web Site Planning and Design: Helping you think about your web site as an effective communications tool to help you achieve your organization's goals; designing the structure and appearance of your web site; and, teaching your staff how to manage the content of the site on an ongoing basis without our help.
• Data Management: Our data management services focus on getting a handle on your data; figuring out how to organize it and maintain it; and, identifying what data systems you need to support your ongoing activities.
• Virtual Director of Information Systems: We help organizations that are too small to have systems staff make good decisions about information systems. The Virtual I.S. Director is not a staff member but acts as the Director of I.S. for your organization when asked.
